You get paid for what you're put through.

Cons

-No work/life balance -Unrealistic expectations, they think you can do the job of three people -Understaffed which results in employees being denied rest days and holidays -Management don't care about employees mental health -High degree of favouritism -Given work to do that is not in your job description -No job benefits -Managers are never around when help is required -Emplyees are micro managed to the bone -High staff turnover

the only pro its not a prison . you are free to leave anytime however if you do they will burn you financially

Cons

actavo a dishonest and decieving company to work for. they will exploit you as far as they can . you will work double the hours then you are paid. and no consideration by management for your welfare and metal health will be considered.

Work 60 plus hours a week paid for 40 They constantly rip you off for money and make empty promises absolute shower of criminals
