Pros

High pension contributions, vhi, nice building, Flexi time, nice canteen, nice peers, parking... Initially looks that offer a good salary package but it is not worthed

Cons

No life balance, micromanagement, poor people skills. Abbott promotes lots of benefits but then it is impossible for employees to avail of these. No structure, legacy systems

Pros

Good share participation scheme and good bonus

Cons

A horrible horrible culture of cronyism and intimidation. This place genuinely impacted my mental health.
