      Very easy place to work but very repetitive. No hassle or arguements. Pay is good for what you do. Get good part of healthcare paid Good pension.

      Cons

      Workload distribution is inconsistent, with limited accountability for underperformance.Advancement can appear influenced by personal relationships rather than objective criteria.Repetitive tasks can be demanding, and compensation does not always reflect this.
