      High turnover of staff, lack of culture

      Pros

      • Startup company which means you can progress in your field. • There are a lot of young people in the company too. • There are also Christmas and Summer parties. • There are (were?) decent investors and backers so I feel the company will stay for a while longer.

      Cons

      • Lack of Culture. • High turnover of staff and people seem to leave regularly for new jobs. • Toxic (at times) atmosphere. • Poor wages at entry level. • Power struggles between management. • Lack of work life balance, regularly on call due to lack of teams working at the weekend.

      Toxic Environment

      Pros

      The only pro I can think of is the fact that I was getting paid for having a miserable work life.

      Cons

      Poor management, Poor leadership, HR should be called something else as they don't treat you like humans. Consistent micromanagement, no appreciation of your efforts even though you're clearly improving the collaboration between teams.

      Pros

      The people are great - a really friendly, diverse and experienced group of people who are always willing to help. I have found career progression/upskilling is important here. I have attended numerous training sessions on many varying topics and became a manager after a few years. HR and management have been extremely supportive during personal issues. They also try to ensure we have enough play time to go with the hard work - summer parties, christmas parties, go-karting, quizzes, coffee mornings etc.

      None that I can think of!
