I was assigned a Talent Manager had my interview on Teams. Received an offer but the timings for that role were not practical for commuting. Got told I would be added to a queue but I'm not guaranteed to stay in the queue due to no offers being available at the moment. Was misinformed later and thought I was invited to a group interview. Managed to get the contact info of the senior talent executive who declined to help not knowing what to do told me to speak to my talent manager. I was not contacted at all about the further steps and senior talent executive is the one that responds to glassdoor reviews as well as her colleagues. Appalling company and practice.
