The interview process was expansive with many video interview entries. There was also a whole day assessment centre with a group task and two individual interviews. The recruitment process was not that great most of the candidates were ghosted.
1. Phone Screening (not with a person, they will send a link and you have to record yourself). Basic Questions: What are the upcoming eCommerce trends...)?
2. Invitation to the eBay office. Group Task and presentation & 1 hour interview (Behavioral interview questions).
Everyone was super nice. We had lunch and breakfast together and they answered questions.
Several steps of interviews, including a day at Ebay's HQ. Everyone was every nice and overall I had a good experience. Suggestion to study their values and mission as they look for people that would fit in the company's culture the best.
