Interview
Firstly I submitted my CV online, within a week I got the offer to their online assessment test, which was not quite difficult, some personality questions followed by your reading understanding, numerical knowledge all basics and lastly some "which is the next pattern2 types questions. i had to complete this within 7 days. After I passed that I got the offer to do online video interview, again had to complete that within 7 days. the questions asked were :

Interview
The interview process was a full assessment day, following a prior telephone interview and online application with competency test. The day involved competency interview questions, a solo activity which involved using a prior distributed case study and creating a presentation and a group exercise also centred around a case study.
