I am sorry to hear of your experience. Providing a great end-to-end experience during the recruiting and hiring process is extremely important to me and the entire HR team. Interviewing for a job you’re interested in takes a lot of time, effort, and courage. And I am always appreciative of candidates who are interested in the company. Obviously, with only a certain number of open roles, the majority of people who interview don’t get hired. However, what you described is unacceptable and is not in line with our expectations of the candidate experience we want to create and who we are as a company. We continually review our practices and I appreciate your feedback as it will help us to ensure this type of experience doesn’t occur again.
