UNHCR Protection Officer interview questions

The interview asked about general policies & procedures of the country regarding the refugees and 2 additional questions. The last question was a case question about a protection case, I don't remember the following.

Some questions included: Can you tell us about yourself and why you think you are suited to this role? In what circumstance would you invoke cancellation and what procedures would you use? Can you tell us about a time when you initiated cancellation procedures. How did you do this? Can you explain exclusion? Can you tell me about a time when you made a positive contribution to your team? What impact did you have?
