An interview process included multiple stages:
1. Conversation with a possible hiring manager
2. Assessment of the capabilities (logical thinking, stakeholder management, analytical capabilities) at the assessment center
3. Final conversation with the hiring manager

The questions were mainly about the nature of my jobs (contentwise). I found the interviews fairy objective while the assessment in the independent assessment center was rather difficult
