Interview
It was straight forward. Asked general interview questions, like what do you know about the company, etc. and then did a group activity as well. It was a very chilled out approach and made you feel at ease.
Aptitude test the assessment centre. Mock phone call with customer followed with some teamwork and experience questions. Done over zoom. Poor response to emails during the process, I believe the recruitment process is outsourced.
