I was bombarded with around 60 theoretical questions in computer science. VERY weird interview and experience. The interviewer just read those questions one by one and wrote my answers. They didn't even ask me about me experience. This is the strangest interview I've had in a long time.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Semperis (Toronto, ON) in Mar 2026
Interview
Hadas was fantastic during the screening round, always keeping communication open. The other rounds were just as great; it was a pleasure collaborating with the interviewer, and the conversation felt balanced and engaging.
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Semperis (Ottawa, ON) in Sep 2025
Interview
The process was quick and smooth. All the steps was mentioned right away, so I knew what to expect. Special thanks to Hadas, she continuously kept me in the loop after each of the two rounds of interview.
The interview process was clear and targeted to my experience, no leetcode. Overall, the interviewers trying to not waste your and theirs times, appreciated it a lot.
