My first interview was 30 minutes, but it went on longer than that. My interviewer was a recruiter with prior experience as a field engineer. They asked a lot of behavioral questions. I moved on to the next round, which was a presentation on a previous project and myself. There was an information session before this interview. Through it, I realized the position was not for me and declined the second round of interviews.

Interview processes were serious yet enjoyable, every stage of recruitment process required us to be at our best game. If you're well prepared and you're suitable for the job you would likely get offer even though you'll be facing top candidates from top universities

What type of vehicle will you build to get yourself out of a situation where you are stranded in the middle of a desert?
The interview session had 4 interviewers. I had journeyed down from Lagos to Port Harcourt with high hopes. 3 members of the interviewing were present physically while the 4 member was virtual. It was seamless however I was a bit tensed at first.

3 Stages of selection: Write test, Phyco analitical test & Social test and performance test Very interesting and trickly. Best experience of an interview, it take a few month to complete.
