I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Qualtrics
Interview
The overall interview process was terrible. I always recognised this company as a great place until I interviewed with them. I saw an opportunity on Indeed and applied for it. It a long time before the talent manager contacted me. This process was fine. Next, I was interviewed by a local manager where things really broke down. The summary is listed below
1. The interviewer joined the call 7-9 mins late. This is not expectable as wasn't really apologetic
2. The interviewer did not seem to be interested in the call as he was completed distracted on something
3. Besides the above, the interviewer was also quite agitated and I wasn’t feeling comfortable during the interview
4. The interviewer continuously looked to the left as if he was communicating with someone and then looking into the screen doing something else. I did not get the feel he was listening to me
5. I have the feeling the interviewer had not read my CV and he seemed perplexed when he heard of my previous employer. He continued to stare at the screen rather listening to me
6. The call was until 5 PM and the interviewer kept saying that we are over the time when in fact we still had 5 mins left
7. If this person, I would have to work under then Qualtrics was not an organization for me
Based on this experience I would never recommend anyone to work in Qualtrics, western Europe. If my experience did not match then why did they waste my time interviewing me? I should have been disqualified right from the start.
