Interview
Step 1) Online psychometric and personality tests
Step 2) One-on-one interview with team lead/hiring manager.
Step 3) Interview with HR and other IT team member.
The interviews in steps 2 and 3 are fairly similar, asking relatively common behavioural questions that any candidate should be prepared for. The final interview is a bit harder as they will build off of your answers to probe a bit deeper and see how you think on your feet.
Overall a really positive experience, great communication with HR and everybody seemed really nice.
