The process was pretty quick. I applied for a vacancy and a day later I received an email saying that my application had been shortlisted. In the same email, there was a link where I could schedule the screening call. After 3 days we had the call and I went to the second round which was a video call interview through Microsoft Teams. I was interviewed by two senior members of the Billing Teams (Sam and Maciel) and the interview lasted approximately 30 minutes. They tried to make me feel relaxed, and after they introduced me a little more about the company and the job opportunity they asked me 8 questions. I didn't find the interview difficult, but I was very nervous and I believe that's why I wasn't successful. After the last round, they gave feedback after 4 days.
