I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at PM Group (Tallaght, Dublin) in Mar 2019
Interview
I was in my final year of college and this was an interview for their graduate programme. By far the worst interview experience I've ever encountered. 1 hour and 45 minutes in total with the majority of it focused on technical questions. When i wasnt sure about an answer the questions piled on. During the interview the senior manager presented a psychometric chart and it turned into a practical exam. It felt like an interview for a senior position rather than a graduate. I wasn't offered a position but even if I did I would have turned it down nowing the type of managers they have interviewing students.

Question 1
Physically draw on a psychometric chart of the air conditioning cycle.
In these sample pictures, describe each equipment shown and how the operate.
Just one interview. Traditional interview process. No nonsense with lots of screening test. Very respectful unlike a lot of other companies highering graduates. Asked lots of question you would be expected in any interview such as past experience and leadership qualities. As this was an entry level engineering job the interviewers did not need to stretch the candidate. They mainly went through my CV.
