The online assessment evaluated aptitude and role-related skills. The telephonic round focused on my background, experience, and interest in the role. The video interview included questions related to my academic background, relevant skills, and situational or behavioral scenarios. **Interview Questions:** Questions were mainly related to capital markets, equity shares, financial concepts, and basic finance knowledge. Some behavioral questions based on academic background, projects, and interest in the Analyst role were also asked.
Applied through referral. After that there was an initial aptitude test consisted of general maths Calculations, English and reasoning, telephonic confirmation,personal interview with hiring magers. The Overall recruitment process took almost 4 to 6 weeks.
