Interview
I brought my CV into the store, as this is what they requested on the shopping centre website. 5 days later, I got a call inviting me for an interview the next day. I went in and it was a one to one interview. The lady was very friendly and asked me the typical questions. She said she would call in two days to tell me if I got the job or not. Because they were busy I didn't get a call until 6 days later and was offered the job.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Mango (London, England) in Oct 2017
Interview
Average interview, activities unrelated to job role, nice recruiters, group interview at first and selling activity they give you an item to sell to them describing why they should buy here and not anywhere else along with a few other questions about the clothing you had chosen (again not particularly related to job role as stock team. Who am I selling to in the stockroom?) then 1 on 1 interview.

Interview
It was an individual interview, sat with the interviewer in a room, had a chat about my previous experiences. It was such a pleasant conversation that it din't even felt that pressure of an interview.
