JLR interview questions

2 rounds of interviews, the first was a series of behavioral interview questions, with recruiters providing the instruction to use a STAR (Situation, Task, Action, and Result) framework. Then the later one was about technical questions which most likely asked about Global situations.

The selection process consisted of an initial test that evaluated both fundamental concepts and core technical knowledge. Candidates who qualified were then invited for a single interview round, and the final selection was made based on their overall performance in the interview.
