Cencora interview questions

The interview process at Cencora was smooth, organized, and professional. The HR team was very supportive, kept me informed throughout the process, and ensured a positive candidate experience. I appreciate HR team of Cencora and their team member Pratik Yamawar for their responsiveness and willingness to help at every stage of the recruitment journey. It was wonderful experience to be a part of recruitment process at Cencora . All the Leadership Team including Mr.Smruti Dhar, OTC Senior Manager Mr. sandeep Deshmukh were very soft spoken and very humble during the whole interaction sessions happened . While I was genuinely impressed with the organization, role, and people I interacted with, I ultimately decided not to proceed as the compensation package did not align with my expectations. Nevertheless, I hold Cencora in high regard and sincerely appreciate the opportunity and the professionalism demonstrated by the team.

I received an email to schedule a screening 15 min call. I booked the timeframe, I got the confirmation and the name of the interviewer and no one called for the interview. I emailed them back if they needed to reschedule and got this answer: "Thank you for reaching out. We will follow up with the team and get back to you shortly". and nothing since then. I think it is very unprofessional.
