Cencora Warehouse Associate interview questions

Applied online and went through a phone screening. The recruiter said they’ll get back to me once he coordinated with the hiring team to schedule an interview. We scheduled an interview and I show up prepared, to be told the person responsible for hiring isn’t working that week. I go on through a fairly easy interview with a team lead. I was told I would get contacted for a drug and background check within the week, I got contacted 3 weeks later to go get tested. Another 2 weeks for orientation. I took a different position after the drug test, seems the company had poor day to day communication

One pre-screening interview in a platform where they confirm if you have the minimum qualifications and then (if you had it) you will receive an email asking you to scheduled an one in person interview. It was not long.
