Online test followed by skype interview. Straightforward process. Online test about virtual assistants, skype interview was a normal friendly interview, followed by job offer. Communication was good throughout. Induction on first day of job followed by training.

Applied via Indeed and got an email the following day asking me to complete an online assessment. The day after the online assessment I received a call saying I had passed and that they would like me to have a Skype interview the following day with the recruitment team. Within an hour of completing the video interview, I received a call with an offer for a job. The whole process was very quick and the team were all very friendly and informative about what the job would entail.
