Straightforward, organised, not so hard, easy going, logical, simple, human centric, not a bad process, takes a bit longer, some interviewers are prepared but some are not, technical questions can be tricky

I was approached by an agency, after a first basic conversation I had an online interview with someone from HR and someone from the tech side. Regular questions, not much deep dive in terms of the responsibilities of the job. After the first round got rejected with not much feedback, bit disappointing as I as expecting a bit of explanation. The interview was nice, normal, nothing relevant to highlight.
