First, I applied to GYG via their website. Then I got invited to take part in a one-sided video interview - and I need to admit it was my worst and the most stressful recruitment experience ever. Even though you have all materials and tutorials from GYG, then the recordings have a very limited time (of 1-3 minutes) and only one take for each, which make it unbearably stressful. Since it is not a role of an actor, TV presenter or vlogger, therefore applicants do not need to have a skill of conducting great monologues with their smartphones. It makes one feel like a part of a fully automatized process.

The interview process was completely standardised and not personalised. The job in itself seemed also very much standardised - without much contact and everything done via automatised platforms. The interviewers seemed a little fake.
