My Interview process was easy. It was a phone conversation then I was hired immediately after passing the internet test. Then I was sent an official offer letter within an hour maybe less.
The interview process went very smooth and got hired on the spot. Great company although the campaigns never last. Management was great and the trainers were very thorough and professional. Great experience nevertheless.

Tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult situation with a customer ?
Very simple non formatted interview process. Got recommended by a friend, emailed the manager then went into an interview with the HR department and the Engineering manager. Answered a few basic HR questions about my attitude and such, then moved onto more technical question and reviewed my academic transcript and asked questions relating to the classes I took.
