Chinese interview, and asked a lot of computer network and python. Also talked about projects in the cv, but no leetcode question. The hr is a little bit impolite. The whole process is in Chinese.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Fortinet (Burnaby, BC) in Jan 2020
Interview
One phone interview, and they went for a onsite. I was not asked many questions and failed. The HR have been using crowdsourcing method, and the positions have been opened and closed many times with multi hire iterations but barely hire someone. They pick a few from many persons, and it seems they don’t really need anyone immediately. Unless you have a well profile first.
Drive to HQ in SunnyValue, talk with 4 people, including TCP/IP, Shell Script and all other things not hard, but require details, but, feel very annoyed, the interveiw fell into sleep! wtf!
