FEXCO Customer Service interview questions

I have been invited for the Interview. Was very excited to work for growing company specially in West Midlands and also particularly in Morrison's Supermarket chain. I have previously worked with Asda Travel Money under Travelex platform. I have assured the interviewer to put all of my efforts, expereince and techniques to increase the business for the company. I was remained top team player in consecutive 2 years and introduce a new way to sell some products which have less number of sellings specially the Buy Back Guarantee, I am still record holder by selling 24 BBGs in a one day. I have covered almost all the business points which are the based of the travel money business. I have intially shown 10 hours weekend basis. Interviewer did not say during the interview that we are not offering the hours. Job advertised with minimum 10 hours, but unfortunately simply denied. I am very disappointed and feeling bit down.
