Bybit interview questions

Totally has two round interviews, 1st round with hr, 2nd round with line manager. fast feedback and move to next round, but the meeting arrangement changed twice. Overall it is smoothly.

Lack of respect to candidate time (re-schedule half an hour after the scheduled time) No feedback after the interview (not even a "Thank You" email). Ghosting (no reply to candidate emails asking for update) Honestly, they look really disorganized, moving with no direction and changing priorities on the fly. Seems a terrible place to work if things start like this...
