Had two interviews fairly quickly in the process. Then there was an extremely long lag in timing with no clear updates aside from that I was still in consideration. I finally received an automated note that I was no longer being considered with no formal email or feedback from Human Resources.

Interview
Well organized and conducted interview. The recruitment officer, Human Resource manager, MD and Retail director are very professional. Felt respected and interview questions are very precise. Role and responsibilities and organisation culture and expectations are well shared.
The process was speedy and well organized. The team was very responsive to questions. Interview process was personable and gave good insights to the organization and the role. Transparent on pros and cons.

Interview
It was a three month process- two regional HR interviews, one managing director and finally one with the global managing director. The interview was fairly unstructured and conversational. I was asked to speak about my experiences and then asked specific questions about the market I was to manage.
