I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Argos in Feb 2021
Interview

You are interviewed in a group, will talk to staff, hand them your passport and ID as you work in pairs to discuss the other person's strengths, discuss your hobbies and aspirations. Then you will participate in a fun group activity in which you will create your own original argos advert in teams.
