Interview
Interview was an hour in two stages, first half went great, talked about myself, previous positions. Second half was technical, and the interviewers had nothing prepared, didnt ask any technical questions, and spent the entire time trying to prove haw smart they were. They were not convincing.

Appel RH (premier contact, profil, projet, mobilité, disponibilité, prétentions salariales etc)
Entretien manager (axé sur le poste, discuter si on a bien compris le poste, attendus, adéquation, contraintes du poste, période de formation et évolution de carrière)
Debrief RH (te notifie si tu passes au prochain)
Test de personnalité
Entretien technique (des questions très très basiques, reconnaître un fusible, connaître le principe de causalité, multimètre, être conscient que les machines sont développés aux US donc normes et outils différents, 5M)
Entretien manager (a peu près la même chose que précédemment)
Entretien RH (revenir sur le test de personnalité et approfondir sur le projet et les softs skills)
