My experience with the AXA XL Claims Development Program interview process was very positive. I made it to the final round, interviewed in person, , Toured the Hartford office. Although I was not selected, I was told I did a great job and that the team was impressed. The process made me even more interested in AXA XL.
Complex, build of many stages, providing clarity if you are able to finish it as each stage has diffrent aim so the full picture will be visible only after allegro of them.
Clear and cultural communication.
Met with the same recruiter for two separate roles. They mentioned moving me to the second round multiple times. But after following up twice, they ghosted me without explanation. They were by far the worst recruiter I've encountered. I liked the company and the role, but this was a horrible experience, and I will not work with them again.
