Kaiser Permanente - I had an interview with KP and completed all three rounds: Xpheno screening US team interview India GCC interview It's been 10 days since my final round, and I haven't received any update or confirmation. Neither the Xpheno team nor the KP team has responded to my follow-up messages. Does anyone have suggestions on what I should do next? Should I continue waiting, or should I proceed with interview opportunities I'm receiving from other KP vendors for the same position?
Hello . I am currently facing a major career crossroads. I am feeling deeply frustrated and burnt out at my current job and am contemplating resigning. I do have a financial backup/savings cushion that can support me for a while, but I am trying to decide whether I should resign immediately for my peace of mind, or push through the struggle a bit longer. I want to upgrade myself, 19 Years of Exp in Software testing domain. Pls give inputs.

My experience: Skill level interview: They asked me core Java, Java 8 streaming related, multithreading, microservices basic questions, few springboot annotations and JVM related also how the GC works. It went around 30 mins not more than that and not DSA or coding questions for me. FYI: I heard some of them were receiving the assessment link to complete the coding questions and in skill interviews also they ask coding questions for some people. Final round: Onsite virtual interview and it should be completely managerial round like how to deal the specific situation and deadline situation. I got selected and offered
