Why is it that so many us of hate our jobs in this industry? On paper, it pays pretty well, you get to make stuff and go on shoots etc. It’s not physically gruelling work and it’s not as dull as most office jobs. So what is it that makes us hate it so much? Dilemma. Should I: 1. Stay put: great agency name, big fun clients, lower pay, no promotion in sight for at least a year. 2. Jump: senior title, $40K raise, agency is okay but not top-tier, clients are meh for now but could rotate onto better ones after a few months.
