The Limerick call centre is a lovely place to work, the culture is brilliant, people are friendly and welcoming. Free coffee, milk, tea, butter. Great sports and social events. Good annual leave, public holidays off, your birthday off, free broadband, tv, movies, sports channels. Discounts at local shops. In house gym. Good pension. Private health care. Bike to work scheme. Casual dress. Good working house. Free parking. One week in the office and one week from home. 95% hire within when recruiting more senior roles.

Could give out more Virgin media branded merchandise.

Excellent growth and learning environment. The people and culture are fantastic. Flat leadership structure give plenty of visibility, responsibility and access to senior management team.
