They introduced additional well-being initiatives to help people navigate the challenges faced. Most managers take the development of their team members seriously. If you demonstrate a desire to grow, the willingness to do the work they will support you in growing your career. Team members care and it’s a nice environment to work in.
Cons
The career opportunities are not obvious in some functions so you really need to proactively have conversations with your manager if you want to grow and progress.
