Superb facilities. Good working gear / stack / apps. Amazing colleagues. TL and QA are caring and value your work and efforts. Opportunity to grow (mid management level opportunities possible after 9 months) Training is great also. Trainers are top notch in their field. Good transportation (Bus stop right at the door) Salary is ok"ish" for a BPO

Cons

The issue is not about the company itself, but being located in Cork is a major issue when it comes to accommodation. It's not only a matter of cost, but rather the availability, or the lack of it.
