Pros
There is no real requirement to even be in the office, it seems, even though it's a 3-day work week, on-site. Salary isn't too bad, meeting average at best, and the overall atmosphere in the office is ok even though no one really seems to talk to each other.
Cons
With what I can only describe as a total lack of clear process within the teams and management structure, everything feels very last-minute, and voices are ignored or not wanted. Very little visibility on what's going on unless you are in the leadership, and even then, it can be tough to see the plan. No real owners for products, but lots of features owners, so no one to guide or steer in the right direction, with inconsistent development and cycles, and a lot of conflicting information and features with little coherence between products or even within the product.
