      Pros

      Professional work environment, highest priority to safety and safe work procedures. Top facilities for employees at the office and work site. Industry best salaries were offered.

      Cons

      The weather was harsh and demanded much physical strength and endurance owing to the hot climate of the desert region. For Construction team work-life balance is not satisfactory as long working hours are the norm in the region.
