Great staff Relaxing place to work note targets are set but don't take advantage of time make good use of it. Brilliant management team Everybody works as a team Head office make visits and seem to know all there staff by name. Reduced hotel rates for staff and family friends. Great canteen Free parking And fantastic career opportunities if you put in the work. One of the best hotel groups IV ever worked with 100%

pros ,one of the best things is that your allowed make changes with managers for the better ,they listen to your plans and let you act on them ,there's no micro management. if you no your job they leave you to do it.i have worked with other companies and I have to say maldron hotels are just run better then any previous hotels iv be with. my gm and deputy gm are always on hand if needed and there open door policy is great at any time you can speak with them about anything, and it shows in other staff members also everyone is happy in each of there departments .over all it a great team to work with and that all stems from management at hotel and head office,simply just well run. p mc g .FM maldron hotel tallaght
