- Consistent income while studying or supporting yourself, with regular scheduling. - If you’re assertive, you can move into SME, QA, team lead etc - Some roles allow remote work, giving you flexibility.

Cons

- Constant calls, metrics pressure, and customer complaints can burn you out mentally -Even though you’re skilled call center roles don’t reward that — and management often sees you as replaceable.
