- Some employees are more concerned about dirty dishes, toilet cleanliness and these type of insignificant diversions than doing a great job and delivering good quality products. Then they spend their time making jokes about that subject on an internal company chat
- Managers think that they live in a fairytale, that everything is magical and perfect and that all of the bad (even if constructive) Glassdoor reviews are fake. Guess what? They are not. You don't need an internal feedback box if you start taking Glassdoor reviews seriously
- They provide fruits but not enough (two small baskets for more than 100 people) and company's barbecues but they charge you if you wanna join it. If the goal is to raise the employee satisfaction level, it's not working
- It's clear to everyone that they don't expect employees to work there for more than two years. Not sure if it's a company's strategy but this mindset leads to a bad management in general
- People are treated as resources and numbers. The only way of building a career there is complaining. If you're doing a great job and show some level of satisfaction, they don't see you as a turnover risk and you'll never be promoted. I really mean it. They have a useless spreadsheet describing the steps to the next level but even if you have taken them all, they find a way of coming up with a new excuse and you don't get promoted
- Salaries are not competitive and can be at least €10k less than in other companies in the same country. The HR speech is "Well, I guess nobody will ever be happy about their salaries, right?". And that's why people are leaving
