      Not much except a cheap phone bill

      Cons

      Too many to list. Bosses love to micro manage and the store manager is only there to reprimand you. But don’t worry she’ll only do that when she’s not gone 7 out of 8 hours of your shift shopping.

      Uncapped gross profit commission pay structure max % is 22 Family like environment Management is very friendly

      Cons

      Retail schedule its almost always random Does not pay holidays or holiday pay. Black out schedule during the holidays
