      Pros

      Working for the ISB / MGS: lots of freedom, decent salary, good perks and benefits.

      Cons

      Their procurement (commercial) function is falling apart. Old fashioned, no leadership, no systems, too few people to run. Internal culture is not good. Toxic stakeholders, nobody follows rules.
