My experience with Irish life got off to a fantastic start, with having a couple of phone calls with Jordan Keating from the Talent Acquisition team, where we discussed both the future of the company and also my goals for the future. Jordan was great help with preparing for the interview, as I went into it very confident. My interview itself was both well structured and engaging, I felt comfortable discussing both my experiences and how I felt I could be a good fit for Irish life. I felt genuinely assured that this was a company I wanted to be part of. Since joining the Protection claims team here at Irish Life, I have thoroughly enjoyed every moment, whether its the work life balance offered with working at home, or the learning from other members of the team who have decades of knowledge in this company.
