Pros

Young vibrant energetic workforce, great Sports and Social and charity committee. Regular Monday - Friday job. Good springboard but stay 1 year and move on as even if you get a secondment you won't be financially rewarded for extra responsibility. Min 25 days holidays and up to 12 flexi days so good opportunity to look for a new job. Inclusion and Diversity.

Cons

Galway Management. The management team are called Mean Girls locally they have being known to shaft staff that they don't like or would see as progressive. People magically disappear overnight. Staff in call centre treated like children and paid under the Living Wage when Aviva UK are honouring. When it is the week before pay day it is curry chips or toast in canteen as that is all you can afford, morale low amongst long serving staff
