Pros
Punching out everyday. The social committee, they put on good free lunches once every month. Other than that, there's not much I can say.
Cons
Here we go, where do I start? Company is extremely mismanaged. The amount of micro-managing from each so-called manager is unfathomable. Very uncomfortable work environment. Co-workers are rude and disrespectful. They don't acknowledge you whatsoever. It's like a high school clique in which they don't want to let you in. Working at this place for the amount of time I did was a complete waste of time for me and my career.
