      - Abundance of talented engineers - Great culture, everyone’s happy to help - Access to whatever IDE/tools you want to use full JetBrains license, co-pilot etc… - Drive to use the latest technology and follow best practices - Very interesting sector to work in, unique challenges like dealing with spikes in load from events like the Super Bowl - Great benefits/compensation/swag and lots of room to grow
