      Pros

      I work for the Irish firm and the exposure to top management is unlike anything i've got elsewhere. Small team so ideas transmit quickly, as does feedback. Incredibly fun! Some very demanding days but also sometimes the days are slow (mostly former). Great culture within the team.

      Cons

      No fixed office space unfortunately. Hybrid contracts with we-working spaces booked out. Great standard of facilities nonetheless.

      Pros

      Great core team, that has been with the company for a long time, and that reflects on how much people care about making a good product. Lots of talented, and highly dedicated people. Very welcoming, and demanding as well.

      Cons

      Currently in a bit of a pivot moment, both in scaling the current product, and expanding the offer, so there's a few processes that are still maturing which is to be expected in these moments — but leadership is strong and I trust this will be moot in a few months.

      Pros

      Confirmo is a great place to work. The team is full of highly skilled professionals who are always willing to share knowledge and help each other grow. The environment is inspiring and collaborative, and it’s motivating to work on a product that truly delivers value in the crypto payments space.

      Cons

      If you don’t enjoy a fast-paced environment, Confirmo might not be the right fit for you. That said, I personally enjoy the dynamic pace and find it motivating.
